Amazing location, friendly staff and the spa was amazing. The treatment we had was more than what we expected. Rooms where comfortable and peaceful. We stayed when they had a wedding on and this didn't interrupt our stay and we couldn't hear the noise from guests or music. I would definitely recommend this hotel with a spa package. Clean and tidy, food was amazing too. It was nice not to have to spend a lot of money when we was there also, as most of the food was included with our stay, unless we went over budget, which was completely our choice. We couldn't check into our room till 3pm, however we was still allowed to use all facilities and found the time from 11am till 3pm soon went past. Looking into going again.

This was a fantastic package that was great value for money. Dunstan Hall is a beautiful building which was clean and professional throughout. The 50 min massage treatment was just right and we were given a choice of which products we liked suitable for our skin type. The pool was clean and the room was smart. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice. Very relaxing and I would definitely go back.

This was a gift from a friend - We arrived at the Hotel (Only an hour away!) Staff all very helpful, polite and welcoming. The surroundings a delight, the hotel superb. The spa ladies also very welcoming, had a wonderful 'Back Massage very relaxing, after plenty of water went for a swim, steam and sauna and another relax in the spa pool overall a wonderful experience which will definitely be repeated. Able to continue using the facilities after check out which lengthens your experience taking in a walk, lunch and a few drinks in the bar area before returning home completely relaxed and refreshed.

Customer Service by Nicky & Pav while booking my Spa break for two on short notices was excellent, They contacted the hotel & Spa to be able to answers all of my questions so I was able to book straight away with them. Dunston Hall is a stunning venue, all of the staff are friendly and courteous and the quality of the food was amazing. The spa treatment was wonderful and the leisure facilities are to a high standard.

Had a spa day with afternoon tea and luxury treatment in the lilac room. What a beautiful building with stunning surroundings, staff extremely helpful throughout our day visit. Pool, steam room area all lovely, very clean and really a nice place to relax. had a really lovely treatment and all therapists very nice, followed by afternoon tea. I would recommend Dunston Hall for a spa day with treatments as was overall a lovely place

I absolutely love the spa area, we left relaxed and happy! Generous jacuzzi space and not too busy, with plenty of lounging chairs. Pools were clean (no plasters or floaters...) and the sauna was the perfect temperature. Jacuzzi was warm. Exactly what I'd want from a spa trip! The changing rooms were clean, there is a swimming costume dryer, and the lockers had digital locks so no loose change necessary. Really nice. Showers also had hair and body shampoo available too. The masseuse was INCREDIBLE it was the best massage I've had. She worked out knots I didn't even know were there; it was a relaxing. 5* treatment, definitely.

Played golf twice, course is a bit short due to winter tees, fairways are reasonable, bunkers looked good, even though I didn't go in many, greens are good. staff in Pro shop excellent and helpful. Spa very good, treatments for the partners were superb and generally the spa area is great

Along with two friends I visited this hotel and Spa for an overnight stay deal which included 3 meals and a spa treatment. Overall I thought it was excellent.
I really want to comment on how friendly and professional the staff are, everyone we spoke to was friendly and good natured. The spa facilities are good, plenty of loungers available around a decent size pool with a steam room and sauna to the side. We also made the most of the treatments available to us, taking advantage of some extra availability in the spa to have an additional treatment at half price. I would definitely return to this hotel and spa.

I got given a Spa breaks voucher for a nights stay and spa treatment at Dunston Hall for my birthday. It included breakfast and dinner, so I was really looking forward to this treat. The building is amazing from outside! We had a room on the ground floor which was nice and the bed was comfy. The next morning we had the breakfast which was great! Lots of choice. We then had a lovely spa ritual in the lilac room which was absolutely lovely.

Me and my friend stayed for one night on the spa package. What you get for your money is second to none as they say. We were expecting to be just another number coming through the door as other spa hotels had made us feel in the past., but from check-in to check-out we were made to feel special. The spa treatment and staff were wonderful and caring. Our room was clean and just right. Breakfast was excellent and again could not fault the whole experience.
Have already put deposit to stay again in new year as couldn't wait to get back in there !

I can't fault this beautiful hotel and look forward to returning.

We were meant to be in Ibiza this week... last minute changes happened and we decided to come here. Spa treatments were brilliant. Forget the ladies names but they all need complimenting. We had the pool to ourselves for an hour or so which was lovely after our treatment

I was still recovering from major surgery & altho it was an early golf start, recp managed to get my room sorted sooner so I could rest which I was very grateful for. Beautiful Hotel we had a lovely room with it's own patio, also iron, ironing board etc. The Lilac room also worth a look, very friendly girls.

We spent a lovely day relaxing by the pool, in the pool, jacuzzi etc. My treatment was at 12.30 with Jessica and she was so kind and understanding and clearly good at her job. Lunch was delicious and served in beautiful surroundings. I would absolutely visit again - may take my soon to be hubby next time!

I used the spa facilities and cannot praise the young lady enough who did my treatments she was very nice and accommodating to my last minute request for a change of treatment. We used the pool twice and enjoyed it both times and overall we had a really lovely visit to the hotel and will be returning.

We stayed at Dunston in the hope of having a relaxing getaway after a stressful school year and we were not disappointed! The room was very large and extremely comfortable. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and was impressed with the selection for breakfast in the morning. We went to the gym, did a few laps in the pool and then a relax in the Jacuzzi and sauna followed by an amazing facial and massage treatment which left us feeling completely refreshed. When we thought it couldn't get any better, we finished our stay with a wonderful afternoon tea on the terrace. The whole group left Dunston feeling energised and rejuvenated. Thanks to all the staff for making this the best way to start the summer holidays. We will all be back again next year!
